Old School Construction was founded in 2021 by Jonathan Gomez and is owner-operated to this day. With 25 years of hands-on construction experience, Jonathan personally runs the crew and is on every project — that's how we keep the work where we want it: square, plumb, level, and meant to last.

Our primary focus is fencing — privacy, vinyl, field, and wood — plus decks, handrailings (ornamental steel, wood, aluminum, decorative metal), and remodeling. We treat every job like it's our own house. The crew on day one is the crew on the last day. The price you agree to is the price you pay.

We also handle the supporting trades — concrete, roofing, siding, sheetrock, tape and texture, painting, finish carpentry, windows, and doors — so homeowners don't have to chase three different contractors for one project.

We speak English and Spanish, we answer the phone 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week, and we build for neighbors — not strangers. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
